Thank you for shopping at Mayita Music. Each product we offer is made on demand with love and intention. Since our items (including apparel and accessories) are printed and fulfilled via our trusted partner Printify, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
All products in our store are made-to-order. This means we do not hold inventory, and your item is created specifically for you once you place an order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
Please make sure to double-check your size, color, and product details before placing your order.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re here to help.
To request a replacement or refund:

Photos of the product showing the defect or damage

We will submit a claim on your behalf to our printing partner (Printify), and once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to our supplier, we can re-ship it — but you may be asked to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order and enter production quickly, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
Returns
We do not accept physical returns. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve it.
